CLASS         : V/E

          Since 2013 I was join in IKIP MATARAM as a member of English department. Actually, I like English very much, so I decided to take this course. In there I have many friends and got many experience that about good or bad experience. Now I am on E class, my friends so friendship and they are good classmates for me because sometimes when we have to make a work team in class to make some presentation they are enthusiasm to work together and when we presented the other students gave us some responses and good feedback. Furthermore in my class there are different characters of my friends that make our class is so unique and I like that, so I really happy have friends like them.

          Now I am fifth semester and in this semester we have complete character of our lecturers, we not only have good or funny lecturer but also killer lecturer. But if the lecturer comes to our class we still can enjoy the learning process but sometimes we felt bored and cannot say anything to share our ideas to another, so we hope that the lecturer not only transfer their knowledge but also how they make the student understand and enjoy the teaching and learning process effective for both.      

In IKIP MATARAM there are some facilities like another collage that can support the learning process of their students, such as LCD, Wi-Fi and some program that can improve the abilities of the students, but sometimes I feel disappointed with the condition of the class, like there are many LCD that doesn’t work when we want to start the learning process or the classes are so dirty, that is as a problem to make us interested to study in the class.

          Grammar is the important part when study English, but in fact grammar almost make the students was boring when they study it. So there are some teaching methods to make the student more interest to study grammar. Like in URL (http://busyteacher.org/7765-how-to-make-grammar-lessons-more-interesting.html) I think the methods are good and can make the student enjoy their learning process in grammar subject, like using songs, make a game and tell a story. So use those methods can help the teacher and students to make grammar subject more fun and easy to learn in the classroom.

The Way of Making Guava Juice

Ingredients :

·           A glass of water

·           2 big Guavas 

·           ½ spoons of sugar

·           Some ice cubes

·           3 spoons milk (if you want)

·           Garnish (you can use strawberry or apple, depend on you)

Tools :

·                Blender

·                Strainer

·                Knife

·                Cutting Board

·                glass

Steps :

·                First, wash the guavas and peel it

·                Cut the guavas into small pieces

·                Put them into the blender

·                Add the sugar into the blender (I just use ½ spoon of sugar too make the juice not too sweet)

·                Add a glass of water into the blender

·                Blend it for a minute

·                After that filter the guava juice into the glass

·                And pour enough milk in a glass

·                Add some ice cubes

·                Add a garnish to make the juice more interest

·                The last, the guava juice is ready to be served

The Way of Cooking Rice 

Actually, there are some ways to cook rice, but now I want to tell you simple way to cook rice that I usually use when cook.

Ingredients :

·           1 cup medium of rice

·           2 cups water

Tools :

·           Small saucepan with a lid

·           Stirring spoon

·           Stove

·           washbasin

Steps :

·           First, wash the rice in washbasin.

·           heat the water into saucepan on the stove until the water boils

·           Then, put the rice into saucepan

·           Stir the rice that in saucepan until the water was less

·            After that turn down the heat, put the lid on and cook it for
about fifteen minutes.

·           And the rice is ready to be served

The Way to Makes starfruit Juice

Ingredients :

·           3 big starfruits

·           1 spoon of sugar

·           ½ spoon of salt

·           Cold water as needed

Tools :

·           Blender

·           Strainer

·            Knife

·            Cutting Board

·            glass

Steps :

·         Peel the star fruits and wash it.

·         Cut the star fruits into small pieces.

·         Put them into the blender.

·         Add a glass of water into the blender.

·         Add the salt and sugar into the blender.

·         Blend it, and then sieve the juice to discarding the pulp.

·         And pour the juice into the glass

·         The last, the guava juice is ready to be served
